We do our best to ensure all our products are in stock at checkout, but occasionally, an item will run out after you’ve placed your online order. In these situations, our team members are trained with deep product knowledge and will suggest an item substitution. We try to substitute similar products including brand, price and flavors. You will then be able to accept or decline the replacement items in your order. If you do not want a substitution on an item, select “Don’t Substitute” during the checkout process so our team members know to skip the replacement.
