All items in your meal are refrigerated, so they will be cold when you pick them up. Be sure to allow time for reheating the dishes before your meal. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging while others require a separate pot or pan.
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Log in to your Amazon.com account and click My Orders. Go to Your Local Store Orders page and select “Need help with this order?” to cancel. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time or for orders that are not picked up.

Vegan items are labeled on our menu. To view product details, go to Your Local Store Orders page and navigate to the order you’d like to view. Nutritional information for items in your order can be found under the ingredients section on the product pages. Keep in mind that all of our dishes are prepared in kitchens that process ingredients which may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts and gluten, as well as other allergens. We are not able to accommodate guests with food allergies or modify dishes to meet special dietary needs. Instead, check out our grocery aisles for packaged products that meet your needs.
Some menu items are made from ingredients that do not typically contain gluten, like vegetables. However, all our dishes are prepared in kitchens that use ingredients containing gluten, as well as other allergens. We are not able to accommodate guests with severe allergies or modify dishes to meet special dietary needs.
Keep hot foods between 140°F and 165°F until serving time. Cold food should be held at 40°F or colder.
Make sure there are plenty of serving utensils to help your guests serve themselves without mixing foods from different dishes.
The absolute maximum time for leaving prepared foods at room temperature is 2 hours—including time for preparation, serving and eating. Discard any perishable foods left at room temperature for longer than 2 hours.

To change your pickup date/time, go to your Local Store Orders page under Your Orders. Navigate to the order you would like to update and select “Track or view your order”. You can update your pickup time and date by selecting Edit under Pickup Address. Be sure to confirm your selection to save your new pickup time.
Orders set to be picked up in less than 48 hours are not able to be modified.
Customers should be able to remove items from their orders up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup from Your Orders > Local Store Orders
We’ll hold your order until the store closes. When you’re on your way, let us know by checking in via the Amazon app. You will be charged for any order that isn't picked up.

Payment for all catering orders placed through Whole Foods Market or Whole Foods Market on Amazon will be processed by Amazon.
A credit card is required for online orders and a temporary charge will be automatically placed on your credit card.
If your order does not include any variable weight items and you complete your purchase online, you will be charged the total at checkout. If your order includes variable weight items, you will be charged the price for the actual weight of the item you receive at pickup. The total at pickup may differ from the estimated total for your online reservation to reflect variable weight items, items requested by you that are not found online, any items on sale in store on the day of pickup and any substitutions.

If your order includes items sold by weight, you may notice two transactions: one based on the estimated weight and another refunding any difference between the estimated weight and the actual weight of your items. You may change or modify your order up to 48 hours before pick up.
