Freeze for treats.
Pull grapes off their stems, rinse and dry, then store them in the freezer. When that sweet tooth beckons, pull out as few or as many as you like for a satisfying frozen treat you can grab on the go. Or, try our personal favorite: Blend them with puréed fruit and freeze for a treat that kids will love.
Slice for salsa.
Grapes in salsa? Trust us, it works. This tangy fruit salsa is incredibly refreshing and makes a delicious topper for grilled fish or shrimp tacos. Use a blend of colors for a pretty presentation.
Blend for slushies.
Who doesn't love homemade slushies? Grapes are a natural fit for this fun and icy treat. Combine fresh grapes with fruit juice and ice, then blend — it's that easy. Even better, older kids can whip it up themselves while younger kids can be helpers.
Roast with olive oil and salt.
Roasted grapes soften and intensify grapes’ natural sweetness. Toss with oil, salt and pepper and roast in a 425°F oven for about 30 minutes. They’re great on their own, served alongside roasted meat and seafood or as a topping for salads or vanilla ice cream.
Bake into cakes and pies.
You can bake cherries, peaches and other fruits into desserts — so why not grapes? With each bite, you get a burst of juicy tartness that balances sweet ingredients. Serve with a scoop of ice cream for a next-level indulgence.

Slice for a PB&J: Try adding sliced grapes with a sprinkling of fine sea salt to your next PB&J. The contrast of the sweet-sour fresh grapes to the jelly will intensify all the grape flavors in your sandwich and add sweet balance to your nut butter of choice.
Skewer and grill: Put that hot grill to use! Next time you’re grilling, marinate grapes in vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper for an hour or so. Thread the marinated grapes onto skewers and grill over high heat for a couple minutes on each side. Serve alongside your grilled meat and/or vegetables.
